Campground Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change, so we’ve created a clear and fair cancellation policy:

• 30+ Days Before Arrival: minus a $50 cancellation fee. Cancellations made 30 days or more prior to your arrival date will receive a full refund.
• 14-29 Days Before Arrival: Cancellations made between 14 and 29 days before your scheduled arrival date will receive a 50% refund, minus the $50 cancellation fee.
• Within 7 Days of Arrival: Cancellations made within 7 days of your arrival date are non-refundable, and you will be charged the full amount of your reservation, plus the $50 cancellation fee.

Important Notes:

• Cancellations must be made by phone or email during office hours for consideration.
• The $50 cancellation fee applies to all cancellations, regardless of the notice period.
• We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your reservation in case of unforeseen changes.
