Tucked away on three private acres just north of Trinidad, this newly renovated home offers a rare blend of coastal drama and peaceful seclusion. Sip your morning coffee to the soundtrack of sea lions, spot migrating whales through the telescope, and wind down with a soak in the hot tub under starlit skies.

Whether you’re chasing agates, wandering tidepools, or exploring nearby Sue-Meg State Park, this is your basecamp for wild Northern California beauty.

🌲 Inside the Home

Designed with the view in mind, the open-concept living, dining, and kitchen space frames endless ocean panoramas. A built-in window seat in the dining room is made for slow mornings, rainy-day reading, or watching the sun dip below the horizon.

• Queen bedroom on the main floor with ocean views, a dedicated workspace, and a full closet

• Spacious upstairs loft with two queen beds and a cozy reading/gaming nook

• One full bathroom stocked with plush towels and laundry machines for guest use

• Fully equipped kitchen with a glass-top stove, dishwasher, French press & drip coffee maker, and a beautiful redwood dining table that seats six

• High-speed Wi-Fi, smart TV with streaming apps (Netflix, Prime, Disney+), and a telescope for stargazing or whale-watching

• Casper mattresses and the sound of the ocean below ensure a restful night

Please note: the indoor gas fireplace is currently non-operational due to a part delay. The home is fully heated by central air.

🌊 Outdoor Living

Step outside and you’ll find just as much to love. A Traeger grill and massive redwood picnic table invite long lunches and sunset dinners under the covered awning. After a day of hiking, beachcombing, or simply relaxing, unwind in the hot tub or gather around the gas fire pit with a glass of wine and the stars above.

Feeling adventurous? Take the private cliffside trail down to a secluded beach—perfect for tidepooling, agate hunting, and soaking in raw coastal beauty. (Note: this trail is rugged and steep. Good footwear and stamina required.)
